About us
Where investors, projects and partners from many countries meet
EUROBRIDGE is an open catalogue of PPP, private investment and business recovery projects. Public bodies, companies and investors from any country list projects, look for capital and partners, and negotiate directly. Every step of a deal, from the first inquiry to the start of investment, is recorded on the platform.
Mission
Helping capital and good projects find each other in every country
Good projects often go unfunded simply because investors never hear of them or cannot check them. We bring PPP projects, businesses and investment opportunities from many countries into one catalogue, in one standard format, with a Score and a verification level.
Public bodies find private partners for PPPs, companies find investors and partners, and investors find projects they can compare and check before a deal. The parties negotiate directly; the platform runs the NDA, the Deal Room and the event log.
We started with Ukraine, where reconstruction needs private capital. We help Ukrainian companies and professionals take their expertise to other markets, and help projects from other countries find investors and partners through EUROBRIDGE.
Public-private partnership
PPP is our core focus
A public-private partnership (PPP) is a long-term arrangement in which a public partner (a state body or a community) and a private partner build, upgrade or operate an asset or service together, sharing the investment, risks and responsibilities.
We take PPP projects in any sector: energy, transport, water, healthcare, education, housing. The public partner prepares a PPP project passport, and private partners from many countries find it in the catalogue.
The platform is free of charge for public partners (municipalities and state bodies).
More about PPPHow the platform works
From project to negotiation
Where projects come from
Project owners and public partners list projects themselves. Our analysts also add projects from public sources in many countries, including open PPP tenders.
Review and a standard project card
A moderator reviews every project before publication. It then appears in the catalogue as a card in a standard format, with a EUROBRIDGE Score.
Investor request
Investors compare projects, ask for more information and sign an NDA to see the materials.
Work in the Deal Room
The parties exchange documents and questions in the Deal Room and agree the terms of the deal themselves.
EUROBRIDGE is not a broker and does not hold client funds. Separately, as professional services, we offer expertise, consulting, legal support and help with project delivery, from the start of works to the first days of operation.

Principles
How we work
Four rules we keep to.
Open rules
The catalogue is open, the Score methodology is public, and key actions are written to the Legal Event Log.
Checks you can see
We check registries, screen against sanctions lists, and show trust badges and a verification level (L0–L2).
We never hold funds
We never hold, receive or transfer investors’ money. Any escrow is run by a licensed third party.
Neutrality
We are not a broker or adviser. Deals are concluded directly between the parties.
Boundaries
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee returns or promise project outcomes
- The platform does not give investment advice; legal and tax services only separately, under an agreement, through licensed partners
- We do not hold or transfer users’ funds
- We do not publish projects without moderation
EUROBRIDGE is an information platform and a workspace for the parties. It is not an investment firm and does not provide investment services.
Community
An expert community
EUROBRIDGE brings together experts and mentors from Ukraine and other countries, people well known in their fields. Each has their own speciality; the goal is shared: rebuilding Ukraine. We want experience, capital and well-prepared projects to find one another faster.
Rebuilding communities and public services
We help communities prepare PPP projects: hospitals and rehabilitation centres, schools and kindergartens, energy, water supply and wastewater treatment, roads and transport, housing, heating and energy efficiency, waste management, digital infrastructure.
People and knowledge
We help Ukrainian professionals, scientists and entrepreneurs work on Ukraine’s recovery, both in the country and abroad.
Ukraine’s investment potential
We show investors around the world what Ukraine has to offer, through well-prepared projects and open data.
Health, education, housing, families
We support demographic recovery through projects in healthcare and rehabilitation, education, housing and support for families. These are areas where investment and PPP are especially needed.
Trust
Open information, parties that have passed moderation and a clear process. Capital does not come without them.
Experience we share
Community mentors and experts share international experience in PPP, management and science with project owners.
If you share this goal and are ready to share your experience, join the EUROBRIDGE expert community.

Working with academia
We invite academies of sciences, universities and research institutes to work with us. Academic scrutiny makes project assessment more accurate and keeps the knowledge that long-term recovery depends on.
Methodology review
The EUROBRIDGE Score methodology is public. Researchers can review it and propose changes; we publish what we changed and why.
Research and publications
Joint research on PPPs, the recovery of communities and the investment climate. Our expert’s publications, including those co-authored with international colleagues, are listed under “Team” below.
Ukrainian researchers worldwide
We help Ukrainian researchers and professionals working abroad join PPP and recovery projects as experts.
Do you represent an academy of sciences, a university or an institute? Write to us and we will discuss how to work together.
