For public partners
Present your PPP project to international investors
Municipalities, regional and state bodies, and state and municipal enterprises can publish PPP projects, receive requests from investors in many countries and handle them in one account.
Why EUROBRIDGE
A PPP project passport investors understand
Investors get the data in the format they expect, and you see every step of the process in the log.
International audience
The catalogue is open to investors from any country, in 7 languages including Arabic.
Better-prepared projects
The project passport and Score show what investors expect and where to improve.
Your organisation, checked
Investors see that your organisation has been checked against registers, and which trust badges it holds.
Where investors see it
Catalogue, featured placement, news and alerts to investors who have subscribed to your sector or country.
How it works
How to present a PPP project
Five steps from registration to investor requests.
- 1
Register your organisation
Create an account as a public partner and add your legal entity details for verification.
- 2
Complete the project passport
Describe the project, PPP model and stage, CAPEX, timeline, payment mechanism and your contribution.
- 3
Upload documents
Provide feasibility studies, legal and technical documents and mark what is public and what requires an NDA.
- 4
Moderation and Score
Our team reviews the project, assigns a verification level and calculates the EUROBRIDGE Score.
- 5
Publish and respond
Receive investor requests, sign NDAs and open the Deal Room to share documents securely.
Required data
What information is needed
The more complete the passport, the higher the Score and the more visible the project is to investors.
- Public partner details and authority to act
- Asset ownership and legal status of land and property
- Project concept, sector, location and social impact
- Current PPP lifecycle stage and decision status
- CAPEX estimate, funding sources and timeline
- PPP model, contract term and payment mechanism
- Public partner contribution (land, guarantees, payments)
- Key risks and mitigation measures
- Feasibility or efficiency analysis, if available
You can start with a minimal set and add details later; the Score and confidence level reflect what is documented.
Verification
Organisation checks
Public partners go through an organisation and authority check; the result is shown as a trust badge and a verification level.
- Registry and authority checks for the organisation
- L1 — documents reviewed by moderators; L2 — enhanced verification
- Sanctions screening of the organisation and its beneficial owners
- Every key change recorded in the Legal Event Log
Visibility
How investors find you
Your project reaches investors in several ways.
Searchable catalogue
Filters by sector, country, PPP model, stage and CAPEX.
Score and badges
Projects with a higher Score and verification level appear higher when the catalogue is sorted by Score.
Featured and news
Selected projects appear on the home page and in platform news.
Interest-based alerts
Investors whose sectors, countries and ticket size match your project are notified when it is published.
You run the tender yourself
The tender for choosing a private partner is run by the public partner under national PPP legislation. EUROBRIDGE does not take part in the tender and has no influence on its outcome: the platform only shows the project to potential investors and records process steps in the log.
Business model
How EUROBRIDGE makes money
Who pays what, and when, is known up front. No hidden fees.
Free catalogue for investors
The catalogue and project summaries are free. A detailed project card costs from €5 or comes with Investor Pro; NDA and Deal Room cost nothing once it is unlocked. Investors never pay a fee.
Basic is free for project owners
Your project card stays in the catalogue with its basic information, free and with no time limit. NDA, Deal Room and Q&A come with paid plans, paid by invoice. Nothing renews automatically, and when a paid plan ends, your project stays in the catalogue.
A fee only on results
A platform deal-process fee is charged only after both parties have confirmed Investment Commencement.
For public partners
The platform is free of charge for public partners (municipalities and state bodies).
Free for public partners: no plans and no fee apply.
