For investors
Compare projects and see how well they have been checked

Each card shows a Score and how the counterparty has been checked, and every step from inquiry to investment commencement is logged. The catalogue is free; detailed cards cost from €5 or come with Investor Pro, and NDA and Deal Room are free once a card is unlocked.

How it works
From discovery to investment commencement
Five steps — and every key action is recorded in the Legal Event Log.
01
Discover
Browse the open catalogue and filter by sector, country, stage and deal type. Compare projects by EUROBRIDGE Score and verification level.
02
Request
Register as an investor, confirm your corporate e-mail and send a request: more information, an NDA with Deal Room access, or a call with the project owner.
03
NDA & Deal Room
Sign the NDA to open the Deal Room: a virtual data room with folders, access levels and a log of every action.
04
LOI / Term Sheet
Negotiate directly with the project owner and sign a Letter of Intent or Term Sheet. Optional escrow runs through a licensed third party.
05
Investment Commencement
Both sides confirm the start of investment. The milestone is recorded in the Legal Event Log. EUROBRIDGE never holds your funds.
Investor verification
“Domain confirmed” is the first step
Counterparties need to see who they are dealing with. The first level is confirmation of your corporate e-mail domain; full KYC takes place at the deal stage.
- Register with your corporate e-mail — the domain is confirmed automatically and you get “Domain confirmed” status
- Addresses on free e-mail services are reviewed manually by our team
- The organisation and its beneficial owners are screened against sanctions lists
- Full KYC takes place at the deal stage, before access to sensitive documents
- Your verification status is shown to project owners alongside your request

Before an investment decision
Five questions worth clarifying
Use these questions when you talk to a project owner or read a project page. Ask for supporting documents for each answer.
This is a list of questions to clarify — not an assessment of any project, not completed due diligence and not investment advice. Claims about a project are the responsibility of its owner.
Who represents the project, and on what basis?
Who is authorised to act for the project owner, and which permits, rights and PPP procedures the project rests on.
What financing is needed now?
How much, in which currency and for what use; how much is already funded.
Which studies and assumptions exist?
Which technical studies, demand assumptions and financial scenarios are available, and who prepared them.
Who bears which risks?
Construction, operating, legal, currency, environmental and social risks — and how they are allocated between the parties.
What is the next official step?
Which confirmations or permits are still missing before the project can move forward.
Risks and protection
Investing in wartime: risks can be structured
Project owners disclose security risks and how they mitigate them. Political and war-risk insurance, escrow, phased financing and international arbitration are standard market tools. EUROBRIDGE is not an insurer and does not guarantee cover.
