Deal stages
Open Deals in your dashboard and select a deal. The stage bar shows where you are: New inquiry, NDA proposed, NDA signed, Deal Room open, LOI / Term Sheet in progress, LOI / Term Sheet signed, Escrow (optional), Investment commenced. A deal can end as Closed or Dropped.
Documents, watermark and access log
Documents sit in numbered folders: Executive summary, Project plan, Asset & legal, Budget & CAPEX, Risk mitigation, LOI / Term Sheet, and Other materials. You see the files allowed at the current stage; the rest unlock after the NDA or the LOI.
PDF documents available after the NDA or LOI carry a watermark with your organisation, e-mail, the deal reference and the download time. Files that cannot be watermarked (not a PDF, over 20 MB, encrypted or digitally signed) are served unchanged. Every view and download is recorded in the deal’s document access log.
Messages and Q&A
Messages are for conversation; Q&A is for structured due-diligence questions and opens once the NDA is signed.
- Open the Q&A panel and press “Ask a question”.
- Enter a subject and the question, choose Normal or High priority and, optionally, a Deal Room section and a document.
- The owner is e-mailed and answers; the question moves to Answered. Follow up if you need more and it returns to Open.
- Either side can close a question; only the asker can reopen it.
Use the Open, Answered and Closed tabs and the section filter to keep track. Text is plain only, up to 4000 characters, with up to 200 questions per deal.
LOI / Term Sheet
Press “Start LOI / Term Sheet” to move on. You may attach a draft, which goes to folder 06 and is visible only to the parties. The document itself is negotiated and signed between you and the owner; each side then presses “Confirm LOI signed”, and the LOI counts as signed once both have confirmed.
Escrow (optional)
“Request escrow” sends a request to a partner bank. Funds are held in the bank’s escrow account, never on the platform. The bank opens the account and performs its own KYC; EUROBRIDGE only records the status.
Investment Commencement
Investment Commencement is recorded when the first tranche or a mobilisation payment is received, or the start of works is documented. One side declares it with the date, amount and supporting evidence (payment order, bank statement or works act); the other side confirms. Evidence is visible to the project owner and moderators only. After confirmation EUROBRIDGE issues the deal-process fee invoice to the project owner under the Terms of Use.
Tip: You can leave a deal with “Drop the deal” and a reason. This is final and removes your access to the deal documents.
