Where to find it

Open Settings from your dashboard. The page has your account details (name, position, phone, language), password and sessions, plus the notification and privacy blocks described below.

E-mail notifications and unsubscribe

You can switch two categories on or off: Reminders (unfinished drafts, inquiries without a reply, pending NDAs, unconfirmed e-mail) and Saved-search alerts (new projects that fit your saved searches). Service e-mails, such as password reset, deal status changes, moderation decisions and privacy requests, are always sent.

Reminder and alert e-mails contain a one-click unsubscribe link that works without signing in, and mail programs that support it show their own unsubscribe button.

Download my data

Press “Download my data (JSON)” to receive a file with your profile, organisation, projects, deals where you are a party (with only your own messages), your Q&A entries, saved searches and projects, preferences, privacy requests and your own event-log rows. Other people’s e-mail addresses and secrets are removed. You can request up to three exports in any 24 hours.

Delete my account

  1. In the privacy block open the “Delete my account” form, enter your current password, tick the acknowledgement, optionally give a reason and send the request.
  2. An administrator reviews the request, usually within 30 days. You can withdraw it while it is pending, and sign-in keeps working until a decision is made.
  3. You receive an e-mail when the request is filed and when it is completed or rejected.

If the request is approved, the account is anonymised: your name becomes “Deleted user”, e-mail, phone and position are cleared, and sessions, saved searches and preferences are deleted. We may decline or postpone the request while a deal is in progress and will explain why.

Some records are kept for legal reasons: the Legal Event Log, deals and their messages and Q&A (shown as “Deleted user”), your organisation and its published projects if other members remain, and the record of the request itself.

Cookies

Without an analytics provider only the strictly necessary session cookie is used. If analytics is enabled you will see a consent banner, and the footer offers “Cookie settings”. The Privacy Policy explains all of this in full.

Quick answers

How do I stop saved-search e-mails?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any digest, set the frequency to No alerts on the Saved searches page, or switch off Saved-search alerts in Settings.
Is anything kept after my account is deleted?
Records needed for legal and compliance reasons are kept, such as the Legal Event Log and deals already in progress. Your personal details are anonymised.
