New inquiries
When an investor sends a request you receive an e-mail and the deal appears under Deals. Open it to see the request type, the message, an indicative amount if given, and the investor’s verification status. Aim to reply within two business days. This is a target; we send you a reminder after 48 hours without a reply.
Use the Messages panel for conversation. Quick replies insert ready-made texts such as thanks, a call proposal or “we will add documents”; edit them before sending. Messages are plain text, and nobody should send passwords or payment details.
Proposing the NDA
- Press “Propose NDA”. The investor accepts the platform NDA after reading it.
- Once it is accepted, contacts on both sides and “after NDA” documents unlock.
- Open the Deal Room and add your materials.
If the investor does not accept within 72 hours we remind them.
Sharing documents
Use “Share a document in this deal” to upload a file, choosing its category, folder and access level. Files shared here are visible to the parties of this deal only. PDF files that investors download after the NDA or LOI are watermarked, and every view is logged.
Typical contents are the executive summary, the project plan, asset and legal documents, the budget and CAPEX model, and a risk-mitigation note. A complete folder structure helps the investor move to evaluation faster.
Answering questions
From the NDA onward the investor can ask structured questions linked to a folder or a document. You get an e-mail for each, and the “Awaiting your answer” badge marks what needs action. Answer with several messages if needed. If the investor follows up, the question returns to Open; either side can close it, and only the asker can reopen it.
LOI, escrow and Investment Commencement
When both sides want to proceed, start the LOI / Term Sheet and confirm it once signed. An escrow request is optional and goes to a partner bank. When the first tranche or mobilisation payment arrives, declare or confirm Investment Commencement with the date, amount and evidence; once both sides confirm, the deal-process fee invoice is issued to you within five business days under the Terms of Use.
Tip: If a deal will not go ahead, use “Drop the deal” and give a reason; the other party sees it.
