Choosing your role

Investor, public partner or business: what each role can do and how to get started on EUROBRIDGE.

Three roles on one platform

EUROBRIDGE brings investors together with public partners and businesses around public-private partnership (PPP) projects, private investment projects and the recovery of war-damaged businesses. When you register you choose the role that describes you. The role decides what you can do in your account, so it is worth choosing carefully.

Registration is free and no documents are requested at this step. Organisation checks and KYC happen later: during project moderation for project owners, and at the deal stage for investors.

Which role fits you

  • Investor: a private or institutional investor, fund, DFI/IFI, grant maker, strategic investor or developer. You browse the catalogue, send requests, sign NDAs and work in Deal Rooms.
  • Public partner: a municipality, regional or state authority, or a state or municipal enterprise that initiates PPP projects and looks for private partners and financing.
  • Business: a company with an investment project, or a business damaged by the war that needs recovery. You list the project, receive the EUROBRIDGE Score and answer investor requests.

Tip: A project is either a PPP project (listed by a public partner), a private investment project or a recovery project. You pick the type when you create the draft.

How to get started

  1. Open Register and press “Choose” on your role.
  2. Fill in the contact person and organisation sections and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
  3. Confirm your e-mail with the link we send. Investors can browse and prepare requests right away, but requests reach project owners only after the e-mail is confirmed.
  4. Investors land in their dashboard; owners land in the project wizard where a draft is created in about three minutes.

What it costs

The platform is free for investors and public partners. Project owners can use the free Basic plan with no time limit: the project stays in the catalogue with its card, Score and verification level. NDA, Deal Room and Q&A are available on paid plans from Active upwards; nothing renews automatically. A platform deal-process fee is charged only after a confirmed Investment Commencement. Current plans are published on the business page.

What EUROBRIDGE is and is not

EUROBRIDGE is a platform for meeting, documenting and recording the steps of a deal. It is not a broker or an adviser, it never holds your money, and nothing on the site is investment advice. The EUROBRIDGE Score and the verification levels are informational: they show what has been checked, not a recommendation to invest.
