Before you start
Register as a Public partner, choosing the type of authority or enterprise and giving the official website, which speeds up our checks. Confirm your e-mail, then complete the Organisation page: legal name, registration number (EDRPOU), address, description and the beneficial-owner declaration. Terms for public partners are aligned with public procurement rules.

Work through the wizard
A public partner starts in the wizard with the PPP type preselected. Preparation takes about 25 minutes and you can stop at any time: the draft is visible only to you, and we remind you if it stays untouched for seven days.
- Basics: project type, title, short description, sector, location, CAPEX range, deal types and PPP form. Under the advanced fields add the PPP stage, contract term, payment mechanism, funds raised, timeline and jobs.
- Description: the full text. Add translations in other languages so that investors abroad read your project in their language.
- Financials: the base-scenario figures such as IRR, payback and NPV, in the project currency.
- EUROBRIDGE Score: answer the required indicators and note what evidence you can provide.
- Documents: upload files and set access (public, after NDA, after LOI or internal).
- Review & submit: sign the project owner’s declaration and send the project to moderation.
What makes a project easy to evaluate
Be specific about who pays and how: investors look first at the payment mechanism, the contract term and the allocation of risk. Give honest figures; moderators compare them with the documents, and unsupported claims lower data confidence. Every document you add raises confidence, and sensitive files can be limited to investors who have signed the NDA.
Tip: Fees: the platform is free for investors and public partners. For project owners the Basic plan is free with no time limit, and NDA and Deal Room come with paid plans; the platform fee is charged only after a confirmed Investment Commencement.
