Submitting a project
In the last wizard step, “Review & submit”, the platform lists what is still missing. To submit you need a confirmed e-mail, the beneficial-owner declaration, the required Score indicators and the signed project owner’s declaration. Your completeness percentage on the project list shows how far you are.
Statuses
- Draft: only you can see it.
- In moderation: review takes up to three business days and you may keep editing.
- Published: the project is in the catalogue.
- Rejected: the moderator’s remarks are shown; fix them and submit again.
- Archived: no longer active.
What moderators check
A moderator reviews the text in the original language, the documents you uploaded, the organisation’s registry data and sanctions screening, and assigns the EUROBRIDGE Score and the verification level. A project can be published without a Score, but moderators will normally ask you to complete it first. Moderation checks the card’s completeness and, for level L1, the supporting documents; it is not an independent legal, technical or financial due diligence.
Decisions are e-mailed to you. A rejection always carries a reason, and a project can also be returned to draft with a note when it needs changes.
After publication
The page is public, but contacts and non-public files are never exposed: they are shared only after an NDA. If you change key parameters (CAPEX, IRR, location, deal types, project type or PPP form), the project returns to moderation. Other edits apply immediately and are logged.
- Open the project from Projects and use Edit.
- Make the change and save; the notice tells you whether it went back to moderation.
- Add documents over time to raise data confidence and, where relevant, the verification level.
Translations
Write the project in its original language and add translations using the language tabs. Investors from other countries then read your project in their language; without a translation they see the original with a note.
Tip: You can add progress reports and track visits once the project is published.
If a project is rejected
A rejection is not final. Read the moderator’s reason on the project card and in the e-mail, correct the data or add the missing documents, and submit again. The project stays editable while it is rejected, and the same completeness check applies as the first time.
If the reason is unclear, write to us through the contact form and mention the project title. Moderators cannot promise an outcome in advance.
