What progress reports are for
Once your project is published you can keep investors informed with reports on implementation. Published reports appear in the “Implementation progress” section of your project page, and investors with an active deal are notified by e-mail. Reporting is available for published projects only.
Report types
- Milestone: a stage reached, for example “Main equipment installed”.
- Works progress: what was done in the period.
- Financial report: spending against the plan.
- Issue / risk: a problem you want investors to hear from you first.
Create a report
- Open Projects, choose the project and open its reports (“Implementation progress & reporting”), then press “New report”.
- Choose the report type and the date it is valid as of. Keep the text short and factual: what was done, the results, what is next.
- Enter cumulative figures: progress in percent and CAPEX spent. Optionally add a translation in another language.
- Add site photos (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB each) and report or certificate files (PDF, Office documents or images).
- Press “Save draft” or “Save and submit for moderation”.
Who sees what
Photos are published on the project page only after moderator approval, so confirm that they contain no personal data or sensitive sites. Report files are never public: choose “Investors after they sign the NDA” or “Only me and moderators”.
Review and corrections
A moderator reviews each report: Draft, In moderation, Published or Rejected. A rejected report returns to you with the remarks, and you can edit and resubmit it. A published report can no longer be changed, so submit only when the figures are final.
Tip: Regular short reports build trust. They are your own statements; the platform does not audit them.
How often to report
The platform sets no fixed schedule, so agree a rhythm with your investors in the Deal Room. A short report at each milestone and a financial report after each significant payment is usually enough.
Report problems early. An Issue / risk report that explains what happened and what you are doing about it is read very differently from silence, and investors see it next to your other reports on the project page.
