In brief

Chile delivers PPP through public works concessions. The consolidated Public Works Concessions Law (Decree 900 of 1996) makes the Ministry of Public Works the competent body and lets any natural or legal person propose a public work under the concession system. Chile is an ICSID member and a party to the New York Convention.
