In brief

Poland has a dedicated PPP Act (2008) and a separate Concessions Act (2016). Before choosing a private partner, the public entity must assess whether PPP is the most efficient way to deliver the project. Any entrepreneur, including a foreign one, may become the private partner.

We have not yet checked a separate foreign investment or investment screening law for this jurisdiction against an official source, so we do not summarise one here.

Constitutional protection of property

The constitutional property provision has not yet been checked against the official text, so we do not summarise it here.
