In brief

Saudi Arabia regulates PPP through the Private Sector Participation Law, issued by Royal Decree No. M/63 of 18 March 2021. It covers both PPP and divestment and involves the National Center for Privatization (NCP). Saudi Arabia is an ICSID member and a party to the New York Convention, and its investment treaty with Ukraine is in force.
