In brief

The UK has no PPP statute. Projects are procured under the Procurement Act 2023, which replaced the older EU-derived rules; the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 are revoked. Property is protected through the Human Rights Act. The UK is an ICSID member and a party to the New York Convention, and it has left the Energy Charter Treaty.
